What is the method of CNC machining multi-thread?

With the rapid development trend of the machinery manufacturing industry, the thread precision and processing efficiency of various parts are clearly put forward higher regulations. 1. The basic principle of thread processing
 
The thread processing is completed by the movement of the tool and the rotation of the spindle bearing. The servo motor installed on the spindle bearing of the numerical control lathe loads the rotation speed ratio of the spindle bearing in real time and converts it into the cutting speed of the tool. Generally, thread drilling is carried out repeatedly from rough cutting to fine cutting along the same tool motion path. Since thread drilling is just started when the servo motor outputs one revolution of data signal on the spindle bearing, thread drilling is just started with the support point and the drilling motion path of the tool on the workpiece will not change.
2. Multi-segment thread splitting mode
 
Multi-section thread is a process flow that basically raises the dividing line of general thread. The shaft diameter dividing line method and the angle of view dividing line method on the circle are often selected. The shaft diameter division method is to move the lathe tool along the thread center line direction by one pitch and then turn the second spiral groove after turning a vortex line. This method is suitable for numerical control lathes with no part inspection equipment installed on the spindle bearing. It is suitable for processing some threads with starting and ending points on all sides of the workpiece instead of the middle, otherwise it is likely to cause tool and workpiece interference. The line-splitting method on the circle is based on the characteristics of the vortex line on the circle, and the line is divided by the angle of view on the equal circle. The selection of the circular angle of view line splitting method must have the function of measuring range of the lathe spindle, but it will not be subject to all restrictions in the whole processing process. This kind of method is more useful for some threads with special requirements.
